Autumn Woods II
Autumn Woods II is a 24 unit condominium Complex in Phase I. The site, when complete will be three eight unit two story buildings with a floor plan consisting of ranch style 1410 sq. ft. units. This project is presently under construction. The model center will be open March of 2019. The units will be selling for $175,000 to $207,000. This complex is covered in detail in the attachments.
